Covenant of Membership

Having received the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal Savior and openly confessed Him by means of water baptism, I desire to unite with this portion of His visible body, the church. I believe in the fundamental doctrine of the Word of God and the standards of discipline as set forth therein. I agree to the Statement of Faith of Faith Bible Church. I realize there is no salvation in my church membership. I promise to be faithful in church attendance and in prayer and financial support of its program. Further, I will endeavor to order my life in a manner pleasing to Christ.
